Chapter 10.
Good times never last forever. This has been tearing me apart.

Just In…
Did Hollywoods young hottie find a new girlfriend? Justin Bieber recently tweeted about a movie night with a mystery girl. Yes she has a twitter but it is locked at we cant get to it. “With @Lexiboo98 for the night. It’s a movie night (; <3” Justin who is this girl? Are you dating after a month with out Selena? We want to know.

Justins POV*
I opened my eyes and looked around the room it was pitch black besides a light that came from Josh a few feet away. I realized we were still in the movie room. Kate and Lexa were still sleeping on the other side of the room.
“Morning” Josh whispered.
“Morning” I whispered back. I chuckled. “nice case”
“It’s not mine. It’s Lexas’” He kept scrolling through the phone.
“Youre going through her phone?” I asked.
“Yea just her texts. She goes through mine too” He paused. “Man, you’re a big flirt” He chuckled quietly.
I know I am. If I like someone I show it. Some times I cant control if I do either, its just me. So I just chuckled too.
“You like her don’t you?” he asked quietly and looked over at me.
“Yea, I mean at first I just thought she was one of those girls, the snobby spoiled rich ones.” I paused. “But the real Lexa..” I sighed. “She is beautiful on the inside and out. And I love how she can go through what she goes through and not let it effect her. I mean she is fun to be around, under standing and just down to earth. Once you get to know her.” I said quietly cause I didn’t want anyone to hear me be all soft.
“I know she’s something else. But there is something else you don’t know about Lexa. And I am not sure if or when she will tell you. You are lucky you know what you know now. She has trust issues and only trusts a handful of people in this world.” He said.
Hm I want to know this other secret but I wont ask. I will wait until she is comfortable to tell me. But that dosent mean I wont wonder.
“Yea I know” I sighed.
“If you hurt her I will hurt you” He was serious. “I’ve done it before” He said.
“I wont” I simply stated. ‘I wont’ I said to my self.
“Did you kiss her yet?” He was in a hush tone cause the girls are still sleeping.
“No… Im waiting..”
“For..” he moved closer
“The right moment and plus we aren’t even like dating yet. We are just going to the prom together. Which is going to be hard..” I trailed off. There are going to be papz there and I know it. They will find me and find out that I am going to prom. With Alexa.
“Why?” he asked.
“You know..”
“oh yea Bieber…”
“hopefully no one picks up on it” I said.
“Well they haven’t yet”
“But im changing my look”
“Again?” he wasn’t surprised.
“Yea, back to like a light brown dirty blonde and I am going to get a different cut” I said and ran my fingers through my hair. “But it’s a surprise. And you cannot tell ANYONE what I said with in these past like 15 minutes” I said a bit louder.
“I wont” he said.
*3 hours later*
“Justin you really feel that way about me?” Alexa asked we were sitting in the game room in the bean bag chairs. What is she talking about? Did she hear us?
“Like what?” I acted like I didn’t know.
“I heard you and Josh talking this morning” She was being shy and quiet.
“No need to be shy” I said and lifted her chin.
“Im not” She sat up taller.
“You were”
“How did you know?”
“I can I have noticed the first time we worked on our project together in school you were shy, and a few days after when we came here for the first time and you were venting you had your head down and you bit your top lip and you talked really soft like you are now” I said.
“You really pay that close of attention?” she asked still quiet.
I just nodded.
“Well do you really think that I am down to earth and understanding and beautiful. Inside.” She is still talking quietly.
I nodded again now I am kind of getting embarrassed and all mushy. Lexa looked up and smiled.
“How would you like to go out to dinner tonight?” I asked. She lit up, she was beautiful.
“How would we do that?” she asked. Oh that is a good question. Wait! I know.
“There is a private “Celebrity” restaurant a few towns over. No cameras are allowed in and you have to have a reservation” I explained.
“But isn’t that expensive?”
“Yea, but it will be worth it” I smiled.
“Are you sure?” “You are about to go out with a hot mess”
I laughed. “Im positive”

*Later that night*
Alexas POV*
‘Ill be there in 10(:’ My phone vibrated and that was the message from Justin.
“Mom im going out with Justin for dinner” I walked in there room.
“Well I kinda wanted to spend time with you tonight I am off for the week” she said. Oh god this is the week we are changing it up and she HAS to be home.
“Cant we another night?” I asked.
“Well I rented a movie”
“But I have a date mom with Justin!” I got mad. Yea I want to spend time with my mom but not tonight and what is her sudden interest.
“Don’t rase your voice at me.” She said “I took this week off to spend with you guys I want to do things. Together” Alright there is deff something up.
“What is the sudden interest mom?! Why do you all of a sudden want to spend time with us! You never do! You don’t even want us to be who we actually are mom! We are prisoners at school and here!” I yelled.
“No you are not! You have everything you could want at home and you are popular and get good grades what is there you don’t have Alexa!? What?” she yelled back
“MOM! You don’t get it!” I felt tears run down my cheeks.
“I don’t get what?!”
“I want my mom! Not just material things I want to have a bond with you I want to have a relationship I want to be able to tell you everything! I want to be able to be my self and not who YOU want ME to be! I just want a mom who will spend time with me and accept ME for who I am! not the perfect daughter you want” my voice got soft but angry. And my mom had tears in her eyes.
“Sweetie, im sorry” she paused. “But” here is comes a lecture about work. “Work keeps me so busy and I don’t have time you know I am the president I have to do everything!”
“But you have had so many opritunities where you could’ve taken vacation to be with us but you chose work over your own children.” I paused and wiped my tears. “Do you know how much that hurts?” I stepped back. “Im going out” and walked out the door and out side to wait for Justin.

Alexas POV*

About five minutes later Justin pulled up in his range rover and got out. I was sitting on the bench in the front garden still crying about my mom. He walked up to me smiling then it went away. He sat next to me and lifted my chin.
“Whats wrong?” He asked softly.
“Everything” I looked up. Justin wiped the tears from my eyes and softly kissed my cheek. Justin Bieber kissed ME.
“Not everything” He whispered and stood up. “C’mon lets talk in the car its kinda a long ride.” He said I nodded and got up. “Oh, and you look beautiful” He said. That brought a small smile to my face.

“Thank you. You look very handsome” He smiled.
I hopped in the car and as we drove I just vented to him and told him everything about the argument. Although I kind of feel bad because he had to listen to me talk the whole time. But at least I know some one who I can trust and they care.
“We’re here” He said and took the key out of the car. We were at a very low down place behind an alley it dosent look like a place where celebrities would be but if you looked at the cars it would.
“Now don’t freak out if you see some one famous” He said quietly as we linked arms and walked in. I nodded. This is so cool! He has just brought me from my low to my high and we haven’t even done anything yet. The inside of the place does not match the outside one bit at all. it is so elegant in here and everyone is so.. famous and the crystal lights with the leather booths and chairs. The only thing was I had to give my phone to the person who worked there cause I wasn’t a celeb and people like me wouldn’t be here and they don’t want pictures. Which I completely understand. But I have Justin to take the pictures.
“What up man?” Justin walked over to. Who is that? Usher? Omg! Alexa don’t. freak. Out. He is just a normal guy. Who am I kidding he isn’t! but keep calm.
“Hey what up JB? Whos the little lady?” he winked at me. I blushed. I am so star stuck right now!
“This is Alexa. Alexa this is Usher, Alexa is my date tonight” He looked over and smiled at me.
“H-hi how are you?” I asked.
“Calm down sweetie, no need to get over whelmed.” He pat my shoulder. Hes right these are just normal people…
“Your right” I said and smiled. Wow I am embarrassed
“Well me and Lexa are gonna eat so ill see you later” He gave him a hug then grabbed my hand and led me to our table.
It is so pretty here. We were at a round table for two the table was made out of marble and leather chairs like in a living room. There was a dim lighting over us and a bouquet of flowers in the center of the table. It was beautiful. We sat down.
“I have no clue why I freaked out like that” I said “I didn’t when I found out who you were” I said.
Justin chuckled “It happens all of the time and you weren’t bad at all I have seen WAY worse. Don’t worry about it as long as you are having a good time” he smiled. Oh that smile with his perfect teeth and the sparkle in his eyes..
“Thank you” I said out of the blue.
“For?” he asked.
“Taking me here, knowing ME and accepting ME for who I am and not using me or telling everyone my problems, and just for letting me know I can trust you. The real you.” I smiled.
Justin reached his hands across the table and took mine in his. “No, thank you. For letting me know I can trust YOU and you wont take advantage of me because of who I am and that you take the real me not the star I am on stage.” He rubbed the thumbs over the top of my hands. We were silent for a few minutes but it wasn’t an awkward silence. It was more of a.. comfort silence.
“So what are we wearing for prom?” he asked with a gleaming look.
“Well” I poked his hand. “You sir are not seeing my dress until the night of. But I will let you know it is purple”
“Alright then I will wear purple and I have a little surprise. For everyone.” He grinned
“And what is that?” I asked
“I cant tell you or else it will not be a surprise any more” he laughed.
“Please please” I gave him the puppy dog face. He was silent for a minute.
“okay okay. I cant take that face anymore” he said and took a deep breath. I laughed. “Well this may give away who I am at school…” he said
“So your gonna make me guess?” I chuckled
“Yep” he nodded. “Ill look different..” he smiled.
“Your style?” I asked. Wow that was stupid.
“What about my style?”
“Hair?” I asked.
He nodded. I gasped pretending to be in shock. He just laughed at me.
“How are you changing it?” I asked.
“I cant tell you that”
“Okay” I sighed. “But your hair is so cute right now” I said.
“it was only like this for a movie” He whispered.
“Oh really?” I said.
“Yea”
“For some reason I don’t believe you I think it was for something more”
“Well for school and I wanted to try something different” he was still whispering.
“Why are we whispering?” I whispered
“Why not?” he was still whispering.
By this time the waitor came and took our order Justin and I both got spaghetti and meatballs with cokes. It should be here any minute
“Hey Justin” I heard a kind of squeaky voice say. I looked up and it was Nicki Manaj
“Hey Nicki whats up?” he stood up and gave her a hug.
“Nothing I just wanted to come see who this young lady is.”She smiled at me. I stood up and went to shake her hand but she gave me a hug. OMG!
“Hi im Alexa” I said now I was calm well calmer than when I met usher.
“Nice to meet you” She said in her high pitched voice.
“You too” I said
“So are you Justins new girlfriend?” she asked and nudged me playfully
“N-“ I was cut off by Justin
“Yes she is actually” he put his arm around my waist. I looked up at him smiling but confused. “But don’t let anyone know yet. Okay?” he said to Nicki
“Okay. Well Ill let you two love birds get back to your date” she winked and walked away.
Im wondering why he said I was his girl friend. I mean I gladly will be but he never even asked me or anything. Well I guess I am dating Justin Bieber. Then it all sunk in, I am dating the Justin Bieber. Me Alexa Jacobson from Lils (made up name) Florida. OMG! Or should I say OMB!
We sat back down and our food was there.
“Uh Justin?” I asked confused.
“Yea” he swirled some food on his fork.
“You told Nicki Manaj I was your girlfriend.” I paused. “I mena I gladly will be but you never asked” I chuckled and took a bite of my food.
“Okay then.” He took my hand. “Alexa Jacobson, will you be my girlfriend?”

Justins POV*

“Alexa Jacobson, will you be my girlfriend?” I asked her. I cant believe I am doing this I like her a lot and I never thought I would have the balls to ask her. I guess I do now.

He brown hair and sparkly brown eyes. I love her smile that is probably one of my favorite features of her. I cant believe she said yes. I bet she cant believe I asked HER to be my girlfriend. I can see it in her eyes. After we ate and talked for a bit we were about ready to head out and go to the movies. Once we got out side it was a bit colder than before and we needed to wait for the people to bring me my car. Alexa was shivering. I took my Jacket off and put it around her shoulders.
“aren’t you cold?” she asked.
“eh not too bad” I said.
“Then take your jacket you didn’t need to give it to me” She said and started to take it off.
“No no you take it and you wear it I can tell your freezing” I put it back on her and wrapped my arms around her waist. I few minutes later my car came and we headed to the movies. But Lexa doesn’t know.
“What kind of movie do you want to see?” I asked.
“I thought we were going home” she chuckled. I love how she is always laughing
“Nope”
“but you don’t have to bring me anywhere else” she said
“I want to” I kept my eyes on the road. “So what kind of movie do you want to see?” I asked and glanced at her.
“A funny one?” she wanted my opinion too.
“Sure how about. ‘What to expect when your expecting’”
“Okay” she took out her phone. “Josh said I have to be back at 12” she said.
“But aren’t you older than him?” asked.
“Yea but my mom told me not to go out cause she wanted to ‘bond’ with us” She used air quotes over ‘bond’
“Oh yea” I said. Her mom doesn’t really seem like she cares that much about Joshs and Alexas feelings or lives. “So our project is due tomorrow” I said.
“Yep and it has been done for a week” she smiled “Did you tell your mom?” she asked.
“Nah cause I knew she wouldn’t really let me over as much if she knew it was” I smiled.
“Oh.. sneaky Bieber” she said seductively. Then laughed. “I have no clue why I said it like that”
“Cause I thought it was cute” I semi whispered.
“Cute huh?” This is why I love her she always makes things fun and not serious all the time.
“Okay more than cute” I said.
“Should I talk like that more often?” She asked seductively joking around.
“Please do” I said seductively back.
“Okay” we talked like that the rest of the ride to the movies but couldn’t go one sentence with out laughing. We got to the movies and got out of the car it was about 9:45 pm the movie started at 10 so we were good. When we were walking I intertwined my fingers with hers and put my glasses on and my hood up so I wasn’t noticed.

Interesting movie

Alexas POV*

We sat in the theater in the last row and we were just about the only ones there. There were a few other kids infront of us they looked about our age and actually I think I went to school with them. If they notice me, or Justin this wont be good. It will ruin everything my parents “perfect” child. Even though we are fixing that now but still it will ruin the plan. We will just have to stay back here. Hopefully no one else will show up.
Luckily only like one or two more people did and they were adults so it wasn’t bad. It was about the middle of the movie now and it is really good so far. Justin and I along with everyone else were laughing every five minutes. I am surprised I don’t have to pee yet. Oh god I just jinxed my self.
“I’m going to the bathroom.” I whispered to Justin and stood up,
“Don’t take long.” He said and let go of my hand. I walked down a few stairs when someone noticed me.
“Hey Lexa” It was Max.
“Hi” I said and continued walking. He got up and walked behind me. Once we were out he started talking to me,.
“So who are you here with?” he asked.
“No one I just wanted to watch the movie so I came by my self.” I said. Lies.
“I find that hard to believe. A pretty girl like you in the movies alone” he leaned closer to me.
“Well believe it” I said and went into the bathroom.
When I got out of the bathroom he was still standing there.
“Fine if you are here alone come sit with me” he said
“But aernt you here with someone.” I said annoyed.
“No just the boys” he said and took my hand.
“Let go of me” I said and tried to walk away.
“Only if you come with me” he said.
“No! I don’t want to sit with you” I yelled.
“Well if you don’t want to sit with me im gonna sit with you” he walked into the theater.
I ran my fingers through my hair, he cant be doing this. I ran into the theater but walked when I was in the view of people. I went back up to my seat and luckily he wasn’t there only Justin.
“Hey, what took so long” He whispered.
“Girl problems” I used it as an excuse a lot.
“Oh, okay” he said and watched the movie.
I looked over and there was Max walking up the stairs toward me. Justin payed no attention luckily. He came closer
“Who’s he?” Justin asked me. I could tell he didn’t like it.
“See Lexi I told you, you weren’t here alone.” He said and looked at Justin.
“Okay, im not can you leave me alone now?” I asked.
“No I think ill sit here” He sat down.
“Ignore him Justin” I whispered to him. Justin nodded but kept a good look at him out of the corner of his eye for a few minutes. Like five minutes later Max put his arm around me.
“Max stop!” I whisper screamed.
“What I cant put my arm around you?” he asked.
“No! You cant” Justin said.
“who are you to tell me what to do?” Max said, but not quietly. Nothing was quiet anymore.
“I am her boyfriend” he said.

Justins POV*
“I am her boyfriend” I clenched my teeth. I know we have been dating since like today but I still get protective. I protect what I love.
“Yea, okay” he said in disbelief. “Who are you anyways?” Max asked. “SHh!” people infront of us said.
“That’s none of your business” I said.
“Justin lets just go” Lexa said and took my hand. I nodded.
“Oh so your Justin.” He paused. “The loser from school. You were Alexa’s science partner. And YOUR on a date with Alexa. She went for YOU and not ME. Alexa im gonna have to have a talk with you on Monday.” He said.
“You know what Max. Stay out of my business! Your not my father so just stay out of it! I can date who I want and who cares who he is! If you actually learn how to get to know people some day maybe youll realize that” she took a deep breath. “You know, why am I wasting my breath on you. Youll never learn youll just be the ass you were three years ago!” She started to walk away.
“Don’t even bring that up!” he yelled. Now we were the movie. Me and Lexa just left. She was so tense the whole way to the car she wouldn’t say one word.

Alexas POV*
I kept quiet the whole way to the car.
“Whats wrong?” Justin asked quietly. I could tell he was trying not to get me even more worked up.
“Justin” I said. I cant believe I am telling him this.
“Yea?” he massaged the top of my hand with his thumb as we drove.
“Never mind” I said.
“What is it?” He asked and glanced over at me.
“I cant tell you, just yet Justin” I sighed.
“Well when you are comfortable to tell me just let me know. Ill listen” He was so understanding, and gentle with me. I nodded. He picked my arm up and kissed the top of my hand and rubbed it again.
“Just calm down hun. Do you want me to bring you home?” He asked.
“Please. But could you stay for a little while?” I asked quietly.
“For a little while” he said.
“Thank you” a small smile came to my face.
“Anything for you” he said and smiled.

We finally got back to my house all the lights were out but both of my parents cars were gone. They aren’t at work. Maybe they went on like a date of something seeing that they never spend time with each other. What ever, I just shrugged it off. I walked in side and flipped a light on.
“Josh?” I called and walked into the kitchen. “Josh?” “Ill be right back” I told Justin and went up stairs to Joshs room he wasn’t there but there was a note on his bed. It read “Out with Kate I finally asked her out. Went to go see a midnight movie wont be back till like 2. ~Josh” Wow he finally asked her out. I went back down stairs and saw Justin sitting on the couch on his phone.
“Sorry” I said and sat next to him.
“For?” he raised an eyebrow.
“Like causing a scene at the movies, and bringing you into it” I bit my lip.
“Its fine and you didn’t bring me into it. I chose to get in it. No one comes up and tries to take my date on our 1st date. It dosent work that way.” He told me.
“Thanks. For standing up for me.” I said quietly.
“Anytime” he leaned toward me. “You know. I would really like a kiss from my girl friend” He whispered.
I leaned in and as soon as his lips were gonna meet mine I turned my head so he kissed my cheek.
“What was that?” he asked.
I chuckled “Sorry, I don’t kiss on the first date” I said and winked.
“Well technically that was two dates. I took you to eat. Then to a movie. So two.” He smirked.
“Well im not ready” I said.
“Okay. Ill wait. But I can only wait for so long” He gave me a kiss on the cheek. I just laughed.
“Calm down super star. Youll get it eventually” I said and kissed his cheek. He just shook his head.
“Can I ask you something?”
“Yea shoot” I said.
“Do you think of me as a super star. Like do you think of me as Justin Bieber or Justin from school?” he was curious.
“Neither” I paused. “I think of you as the Justin that stole my heart on the first date with his personality, charm, character, sweetness, and understanding” This time I leaned in but Justin followed. Right as our lips were going to meet the front door swung open and my mom and dad walked in. Why does everything have to get ruined?

Good night with poor choices.
My mom and dad walked in the door. I could tell my mom was drunk by just one look.
“Why who is this boy?” she asked pointing and almost falling over.
“Justin” I said annoyed. Why does she always have to ruin everything. I was about to kiss Justin Bieber. And she just HAD to come in all drunk and ruin it! “C’mon lets go to the game room” I whispered to Justin and took his hand.
“Where are you going?” she asked. I love how my dad just stands there and says nothing. He doesn’t even care.
“Down stairs.” I said and continued walking. We got down stairs and sat in the bean bag chairs. “Sorry you had to see my mom like that” I said.
“Its okay. It happens” he said
“Yea but my mom is just Ugh” She likes us to be perfect and she comes home all drunk. To be honest she makes me want to drink and do drugs my self. I have before. I wonder if Justin has.
“Justin I know this is random but have you ever like gotten high or drunk?” I asked.
He looked at me confused and hesitated to answer. “If I said yes what would you do?” he asked.
“Id be fine with it. Cause I have too. My parents drove me toward it.” I am ashamed that I did but im not at the same time. “When did you?” I asked.
“two months ago.” He sighed. “I was so fed up with everything and my mom was constantly on me and I had so much drama with Selena.” He sighed again. “To be honest it felt good.”
“I know. What would you do if I asked you to do something risky? If you are going to be upset I wont ask.” I said quietly.
“I’d probably go along with it. Cause I could use it” He knew exactly what I was talking about.
“Do you?” I asked.
“Where would we get it?”
“I know where it is kept” I said sneakily “Ill be right back.” I said and went to the safe. Pulled it out and went back to Justin.
“Only a little though” I said and pulled a joint out. I took the lighter and lit it.
“You go first” I said and handed it to him. He took a deep breath and a puff. I did the same after about three each we put it away. It felt so nice right now. We weren’t that high at all but just enough to feel good.
“Heyyy you should text your moom and see if you could sleep here” I said. He pulled out his phone.
“I text her” he said. He was smiling then he looked back at his phone and frowned. “She said no. **** how am I gonna go home high?!” That made me feel bad.
“Im sorry Justin” I said sadly.
“No its not your fault” he giggled. “Ill just call her” he said.
“But shell know” I said.
“No she wont. I can act trust me.” He said and dialed her number.
“Mom why cant i?” he wined.
“I know I did yesterday. Yes we slept in different rooms. But ill be home all day tomorrow. Ill come home in the morning yea at like 11. Ill spend the whole day with you” he wined. Then put her on speaker phone.
“You really want to sleep there?” she asked.
“Yes” daymn he was a good actor
She sighed. “Fine but don’t sleep in the same room. No drugs and no sex or anything like that. You got me?” she asked.
“Yes mom.” He said annoyed.
“Love you too bye” and he hung up and smiled at me. “Can we get some food to get our high down?” he asked. He is right you eat and all of the proteins and stuff from the food destroys the drug.
“Yea” I said and got up and giggled. “You’re a good actor.” I said and poked him.
“I know” he laughed we went upstairs or should I say stumbled up stairs and grabbed chips, cookies, soda, and pizza then went back down stairs.
“Hey. Wanna pull an all nighter?” he asked. That’s a good idea. “But you have to consider an hour of it our second date so you can kiss me” he smirked.
If I wasn’t high right now I wouldn’t say yes but YOLO right? “Sure” I said. “But 2 hours”
He sighed “fine” then stuffed pizza in his mouth.

*3 hours later. 4:00am*
About now we were back to normal and Katelyn and Josh just joined us but we didn’t tell them about before. That was going to be our little secret. Kate and Josh started to make out half way through the movie and they still are but luckily they moved to the other side of the room.
“Please” Justin begged then gave me a puppy face. “The puppy wants his kiss” he said.
I sighed and laughed lightly at his face. “Fine” I said and he lit up. “But. Only if I can take a picture or that face you just made” I said.
“Can I get two kisses then?” I nodded.
“now make the face.” He made the face and I took a picture of it. What he doesn’t know is I put it on twitter and mentioned him in it so now all of his followers will have that picture. I put my phone down and Justin leaned in. “Now I get my kiss” he whispered. I nodded. I cant believe I am about to kiss Justin Bieber! He leaned in closer and his soft lips finally met mine. He caressed the side of my face with his hand. A few seconds later he pulled away. “Now all I need is another one” he whispered then connected his lips with mine again. He slowly tilted his head and slid his tongue along my bottom lip pleading for entry which I granted. I threw my arms around his neck then ran them through his hair. After about two minutes I pulled away. Justin smiled. “That’s all I needed” he said seductively.
“Then you don’t want another?” I asked. He leaned his forehead against mine and cupped my face. “Well maybe one more.” He said and kissed me softly then moved to my jaw line and down to my neck slightly sucking and biting some spots. Then he traveled to behind my ear and sucked on my skin. I let out a soft moan. He got my weak spot. He smiled against my skin. “Looks like I found some ones soft spot” he whispered in my ear then moved his lips to mine and pulled away.
“Your not so bad Bieber” I poked his stomach.
“Really?” He said. I nodded. “Does that mean I will get to kiss your beautiful self more often?” he whispered.
“Maybe. Depends” I said.
“On what?”
“my mood” I said. Then Katelyn walked over.
“Look who just kissed Justin Bieber” she said. “See I knew you would wind up together” she smirked.
“and I knew you would wind up with my brother” I said.
“I guess we were both right” she said. I guess we were both right.

Second chances

Alexas POV*

“What ever mom. You can say what ever you want I don’t really care anymore” I yelled.
“Alexa! I am your mother! I care about you! No matter what you say!” She said I saw water fill in her eyes.
“you said you were going to spend the whole week with us and it is next Wednesday! All you have done is gone out and partied like you are a teen ager!”
“You don’t know what it is like to be a mother! I needed a break from it all! it is hard work!”
“How would you know mom?! You are never home you don’t parent us! You and dad are always at work and when you are home you are in your offices doing more work or in your room! You don’t care about what we do! I could tell you I got high last night and you wouldn’t care!” I felt tears swarm in my eyes.
“I do to parent you! And you would never get high! I taught you better than that!"
"Well apparently you didn’t!” opps!
“Wait! You smoked last night?” she said
“No! I did like two months ago mom! When you were doing nothing but work! We didn’t even eat one meal together for those two weeks! It was just me and Josh!” I quieted down. “Its always just me and Josh”
“Well I didn’t know you felt that way” she said.
“Well you do now. And your “perfect” children you wanted. We are destroying we have been for the past week. And you can do nothing to stop us” I started to walk away.
“Your right. I cant” I heard her say. I turned my head to look at her with her elbows on the counter and her running her hands through her hair. And I don’t really feel bad.

Later that night*
“Josh. I told her” I sat on the floor in his room.
“told who what?”
“Mom, I told her our plan. I told her everything I told her how I felt I told her what I did” I said quietly and ran my hands through my hair.
“Good” he said and took a seat besides me and started to rub my back. “She needed to know” Then I let all of my tears out before I knew it I cried my self to sleep.
I woke up in Josh’s room on the floor with a blanket over me and my head resting on a pillow. It was about 10:30 and Josh was still sleeping. I don’t care anymore I’m not going to school today. Its Thursday anyways we never do anything. Plus I don’t think Justin will be there he has been out doing interviews and recording the past few days and he isn’t supposed to be back until tomorrow. I laid my head back down and went to sleep again. This will also be the first day ive missed school in the past two years. I am not giving up completely on school and sports and stuff but I am not being perfect in them anymore. I know it seams selfish not to use my smartness just because I don’t want to but I will use it. But I have to go tomorrow cause It is prom night and Monday is our last day. But I am leaving early to get my nails done and stuff. I cant wait!
I woke up at about noon and had 6 new messages from Justin.

Now I have another hour or so till Justin comes over. I might as well go talk to Ari. I haven’t talked to her in a while. I walked into the kitchen where Ari was cleaning.

“You haven’t had a boyfriend In like three years or at least one that has lasted this long.” She said, “How long has this one been?”
Well she is right I have had a few boyfriends but they all just wanted to use me for sex. So I broke up with them. And I know Justin isn’t like that and I really really like Justin a lot. Wow how long have we been together? Almost a month. I think three weeks already.
“About three weeks already” I smiled.
“Well im happy for you.” “And that boy looks a lot like that Justin Bieber kid” she winked. What do I say? Do I tell her? I know she wont tell anyone or freak out she is a forty year old woman with no children so who is she going to tell?
“He is” I said.
“No way?!” she play gasped. I can tell she already knew.
“Yea” I played with my hands.
“Now your not just keeping that boy around because of who he is are you?” at times like this I think of Ari as more a mom than my mom. Isn’t that sad.
“No Ari you know im not like that. Honestly I don’t even think of him as Justin Bieber” I said.
“How do you think of him?” She stopped cleaning and looked at me.
“Well to be honest.” I paused I am going to tell her about the same thing I told him. “I think of him as the Justin that stole my heart on the first date with his charm, sweetness, character, and understandingness. The one that I get butterflies with when ever we kiss, the boy who takes my breath away when ever compliments me. And the boy I can trust” I said to Ari. She had an “Awe” expression on her face. All of a sudden I felt a pair of two strong arms wrap around my waist. He kissed my cheek.
“Is that true?” he asked in amazement. I turned around and looked him in the eyes and nodded. “yes” I whispered. Then I heard Ari “Awee” she clapped her hands. Me and Justin laughed.
“Justin this is Ari, Ari this is Justin” I said “Ari is the made slash organizer but she is also someone I have known my whole life and is family” she smiled. She went over to Justin and gave him a hug “So you’re the famous Justin Bieber Lexa talks about all of the time” She winked at me. “Ari,…” I wined. “Im just kidding. But she does talk about you.”
“In good ways or bad?” He asked.
“Good of course. And she talks about you as the Justin she sees you as” She smiled at me.
“How did you know I am Justin Bieber” he asked.
“I know things. I can tell” she said and walked away.
“How did you get out of school early?” I asked walking toward Justin.
“Well” he lifted me up on the counter and wrapped his arms around my waist. “My mom said I could I told her you were having problems with your mom. And she actually wanted you to come over for dinner tonight” He gave me a soft kiss.
“Okay. But didn’t I eat over last week?” I laughed so didn’t Justin.
“Yea but she likes you so she will invite you over a lot. Im just warning you” he said and laughed.
“Okay.” I smiled and kissed his nose then hopped off the counter. Its kinda a far jump cause I am only 5foot 2in. and the counter is high.
“So what happened with your mom?” he asked.
“Ill tell you later cause she Is home right now.” Then I heard her walking down the stairs. “Speaking of the devil” I whispered and hopped back on the counter and Justin stood infront of me so his back was to me. I started to write imaginary words on his back with my fingers. He laughed a bit. “Does this tickled” I asked and giggled.
“Just a little bit” he said and I started to rub his back. “Lower” he said I moved my hands and massaged his lower back. He leaned forward a bit “Ahh right there” he said I just laughed to my self and shook my head. “Shoulders?” I asked. “Please?” He stood up straight and I rubbed his shoulders. “Ahh” he said and laughed.
“What are you doing in here?” My mom walked in and asked. Ugh here she goes.
“Im giving Justin a massage.” I said and continued what I was doing.
“That’s not what it sounded like” she said.
“Well that’s what it was and it still is if you can see” I said.
“Mhm” “Does the super star get sore after all of his interviews and concerts?” she asked. Yea everyone in my house including Katelyn knows who Justin is and he knows they know. Justin just laughed.
“Mom im going to Justins for dinner” I told her.
“Okay be home at 9 it’s a school night. Even though you didn’t go but don’t you have to go tomorrow cause it is the prom?” she asked. She puts up this act for Justin because she thinks he doesn’t know.
“Okay and yes. Do you want to help me get ready tomorrow?” I asked my mom.
“Really?” she asked and became happy. “Yea” I said. See I was talking to Ari before Justin came and she is right I should give her a chance and I thought about it so I am going to let her have her chance although she has had plenty of them. One more chance.
