Now Skylar got everything she ever dreamed of, new house, new school, new friends, Etc. Plus the adorable and sweet boy next door, Justin drew Bieber. Everything should be perfect. So why is Skylar so wary ? And why is Ruby keeping her at distance ? Skylar soon comes to realize that sometimes, in order to save yourself, you've got to reach out to someone else.

Chapter 1

I stood there holding my suit cases in front of my new house. Why was I scared ?
"Skylar ?" I heard a mans raspy voice. I looked up and saw my dad.
'Dad ?' I whispered and felt my stomach do flips. He walked up to me and I smiled.
"Skylar ? I can't believe it" he said shocked. I smiled. "here let me carry your bags" he said and took them our of my hands, "come in side" he said and I nodded and followed him. As I was walking in side I notice this young guy he looked around 17/18ish. He had just a pair of jeans on with no shirt. I bit my lip and he looked over and I blushed and looked away. The door opened my dad walked in first then me.
"grace ! Come here" he called. I saw a girl run down the stairs. She looked 16.
"ya daddy ?" she ask and looked at me.
"this is Skylar, she's your step sister"
"oh hi ! I'm Grace" she said and held her hand. I shook it and smiled weakly.
"um can you show her where her new room is please ?" my dad ask.
"sure !" she said and we walked up stairs I looked around and it was just so gorgeous Grace opened the door and a purple room with a queen size Ned and a flat screen T.V was in there. I smiled and sat on the bed.
"this is your room" she said and smiled.
"thank you Grace" I said shyly.
"your welcome, dinner will be ready in 10" she said and I nodded I stood up and walked to the sliding doors and stepped on to the balcony I saw the same guy cutting the grass.
"hey um Grace"
"yea ?"
"who's that ?" I ask and pointed to the guy.
"oh that's Justin Drew Bieber, he live next door, and he also goes to our school"she said I smiled and nodded. She smiled back then shut the door and left I looked down and he shut of the lawn mower, he looked up and wiped his face, I felt my stomach flip. I turned around and closed my doors and then pt my hand over my chest.
'Justin Bieber?' I whispered and sat on my bed and looed around at my new life, ..

Chapter 2

"dinner girls !!" my dad yelled. I washed my hands and changed into a pair of black sweats with a black tank top. I ran down stairs and sat beside Grace.
"hi, you must be Skylar" this women who must be Graces mom smiled at me.
"yes I am" I smiled.
"I'm Amy" she said and I smiled and nodded.
"ok my girls ! Let's eat this yummie pizza !!" my dad said and clapped his hands together.
"so, Skylar. We start school tomorrow you have to be ready by 7 is that ok ?"
"yea it's perfect" I said and took small bits.
"cool, we have like all the same classes!" she said and I laughed at how she gets all happy. She seems pretty cool, she's pretty to. She has long blond hair just like her mom with green eyes and skinny.
After we ate, Grace and I went outside in the front and shot some hoops.
"so boy friend ?" she ask.
"nope !" I said and smiled.
"you ?" I ask.
"naw, I do like one of the jocks though" she said and bit her lip.
"really what's his name ?"
"Chaz Sommer's"
"Justin's best friend ? "
"yep, but they don't notice anyone other then them selfs"
"how so ?"
"well you see, there like the hottest and popular guys in the hole school ! And well were like in the middle, we ain't loser but you know what I mean ?" she said I nodded.
"well, I'm guessing the cheerleaders are the only once who can to them or what ?" I ask.
"somewhat, if they talk to you .. Well your pretty lucky" she said. I just nodded and held the ball. We heard laughter and I turned and saw Justin, and Ryan and Chaz. They all looked us and stopped there laughter then Chaz and Ryan got in and then Justin slowly smiled and nodded then got in his car and drove off.
"oh my god ! He totally just checked you out !!" she said and walked up beside me.
"ya and ?"
"you should be melting !"
"Grace, I'm a normal girl not a ice cream" I said and chuckled. And walked towards the house.
"well girl, at lest he notice you ! I've been trying for Chaz to say hi to me for like ever !!" she said and stood beside me. "are you a fan of Justin ?" she ask. I shrugged.
"naw, I listen to his music but not a a fan" I said and opened the door and walked upstairs.
"you should be lucky girl !" she called after me.
"goodnight Grace !" I called back and shut my door and went into the bath room and ran the hot water and took a hot bath. When I was done, I got dressed into a sliky night dress and laid under the sheets and closed my eyes. I breathed out and heard my door opened a crack. I sat up and it was my dad.
"I just wanted to say good night Skylar" he said.
"night"
"um so il see you tomorrow ok ?" he said. I nodded and he smiled and shut the door softly. Why is it so werid around my own father ? ..

Chapter 3

[Monday]

"girls ! Your going to be late" my called up. I sat up slowly and stood and went into the bath room do clean up and brush my teeth, I went into my closet and threw on a pair light blue jean booty shorts with a gray tank top, and a white long sleeve v neck shirt. I slipped them on then turned on my straightener, I didn't my make up then slipped on my black flats. I felt my phone vibrate.

After that I didn't get a text bake, I rolled my eyes and stood up and straighten my hair, when I was done I took the hair from the crown of my head and pined it up a little and put a black clip into it and then sprayed some hair spray. I yawned a little then sprayed some Barry Sweet perfume on my neck then grabbed my pruse and books and walked down stairs. I stood in the door fram and Grace looked at me.
"hey, you look cute" she said.
"thank you, so do you. Are we ready ?" I ask and my dad nodded. We walked to the door and we got into my dads 4x4 pick up truck and he started driving. I plugged my ipod in and slid into my front pocket and held my cell phone. When we pulled up to the school, Grace gave my dad and Amy a kiss on the cheek and we got out. I walked behind the truck and saw some of the foot ball team star at me.
"don't worry, your a new thing for a few days" she said and I nodded. We walked inside to see a hole bunch of people walking around texting, and laughing. I went to my locker witch was beside Graces. I put my stuff in. We had math first so I grabbed my math notebook and math text bool. I shut my locker door and we went and sat by a bench. I stood up.
"guys this is my step sister, Skylar" she said.
"hey, I'm Emily"
"hi, I'm kelly"
"hello, I'm Taylor"
"and I am Philp !"
"nice to meet you guys" I smiled and looked around.
"Philip is Emily boyfriend" Grace said I smiled and nodded. I saw Justin and Chaz and Ryan walk in. All the girls breathed out or winked or gave them there numbers I laughed because I thougt it was pretty funny. Justins eyes locked with mine and I stood up straight. 'oh my god ! He's walking over here' Grace whispered. I looked at her then him, then at my feet.
"hey" I heard Justin say as he walked by, I turned my head following him as he walked and leaned on the lockers. My locker. I bit my lip and looked at Grace.
"don't even say it girl !" I warned and everyone chuckled. I laughed lightly and then the bell went off, everyone ran to get there stuff and then went to class. I bit lip. I walked beside Grace into math class, only to see Justin, he stared me down head to toe. I looked away and sat three seats away from him. The hole class, His eyes were on me ..

Chapter 4

•Lunch•

I grabbed an apple, and sat with Grace and her friends. They were really funny ! As I ate my apple I kept feeling His eyes on me, the damn time. I was getting a little annoyed. He wasn't the only one looking at me. The hole guys in the school was looking at me. I looked at Grace.
"what class is last ?" I ask.
"I have Art, you have PE with Philp and Emily" she said, I smiled and nodded.
"Kai well I'm gunna go for a little walk. I feel light headed from all this eye contacted" I said and chuckled. She nodded and giggled, I threw my half uneaten apple out and walked to my locker to grab my phone I hade 2 New Text Messages I opened them ;

I sighed and slid my phone in my pocket, I shut my locker and saw Justin walking towards me, I bit my lip.
"hey, it's Skylar right ?" he ask.
"mhm ?"
"hey, was up ?"
"uh nothin" I shrugged.
"so your new here rigt ?"
"yea, um look. Justin I'm not the one for small talk so uh bye" I said and turned around. And walked down the hall, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, I pulled it out 1 New Text Message :

He didn't text back, I sat outside by the bench and crossed my legs and played with my phone in my lap. I looked around and saw chopped walking hand in hand into the school, the guys stopped and looked at me but I just put my head down. I felt my phone vibrate in my hands again. 1 New Text Message :

Hey girl ! It's grace I forgot to get you num so I ask dad lol.

I got up and went back inside, I was going to stop at my locker bt Justin and his friends was there. I walked past them quickly.
"hey, uh Grace ?" Chaz called. I stopped.
"no Skylar"
"oh well you know Grace ?" he ask.
"yea ?"
"can you give this to her please ?" he ask and handed me a paper with a number on it.
"of course"
"thank you, and uh tell her to come here when you see her ok ?" he ask I nodded and smiled, Justin looked down with his hands in his pocket. I looked at him then turned around and walked into the lunch room, I saw Grace so I gave her the note and told her where to go. She was all giggly and happy and she went offf leaving me with Emily and Philp. I sat down and crossed my legs. I saw Justin walking into the lunch room he looked straight at me, I blushed a little and looked away. 5 minutes later I saw Grace walking in with Chaz on her side he kissed her cheek then she ran over and sat beside me.
"I'm going to the movies with Chaz freaking sommers !!" she giggled and laughed.
"that's great Grace"
"oh and Justin said he sorry, he was just playing around ? What does that mean"
"nothing, so uh whens the date ?"
"Friday !" she said and covered her mouth and giggled. I smiled and looked to my right and saw Justin playing with his phone, I added him into my contacs, CreepyJustin I added it and then texted him,

"hey, Chaz wants you" I said and stood up. She blushed and walked over and I walked to my locker and went and got my PE clothes and went and changed. Be time I was done, the bell ranged. I got out wearing a pari of Lu lu lemon black yoga pants with a pink v neck t shirt. And black pumas. I jogged to the track and sat on the blechers and waited for everyone else to come, sure enough. Justin and Ryan came threw the doors. I bit my lip and looked in my lap. His eyes just went right threw me making my stomach flip ..
