Introduction
I stormed out of the studio, tears flowing down my cheeks, I couldn't believe I had been betrayed by him. I heard his footsteps slither closer to me, only just though, the rain pattering on the floor was an easy first. I pulled my blue hoodie up, and ripped off the necklace HE bought me, and slung it onto the dirty pavement below me, already half drenched by the rain.
"BROOKE!" I heard him shout. I just shook my head, and ran, ran to the airport, grabbed some tickets to my hometown, London, and ran onto the plane, shoving earphones into my ears, and clenching my eyes shut, hoping to forget the memories, but as hard as I tried, I knew I couldn't, and it was killing me. I took my earphones out, to a middle-aged man sat next to me, giving me an apologetic look.
"Heartbroken?" He began.
"You don't know the half of it." I said, sighing and loosening my shoulders, he chuckled.
"I once had a daughter, your age, she is grown up now, but things get better, the first heartbreak she had, she got over it, and forgiven him, me whatsoever, I thought it was wrong for somebody to hurt my daughter, but, God gave us life, full of forgiveness, so I forgave, and forgot. You should try that too." He said, smiling.
"I will. Thank you, Sir." I said, still unable to get a smile.
I lay back on my seat, closing my eyes, the jet sound echoing in my ears, I blocked it out for a minute, thinking.
