Justin-"so am i on your good side now? or even close?", he said smiling and i smiled back as we walke down the almost lonely street.

Me-"almost", i said simply and crossed my arms smiling, he bumped my shoulder with his and as i looked at him he sniled a cheesey smile and i couldnt help but laugh.

Justin-"i still got it", he said smiling obnoxiously, i rolled my eyes." hey look", he said and i looked ahead and i smiled as i saw a little girl ahead sing with a guitar. I smiled and loked at him, and he smiled holding his hand out. I looked at it and signed, i placed my hand in his and he smiled and jogged us over.

She just had a few people around her listening as she palyed, she had a very pretty voice. I smiled and swayed and justin smiled to and he started dancing with me to as the girl sang the song 'He could be the one by hannah montanna'.

I smiled as he stepped with me, i loved dancing with him, it was perfect its like we both new each others move without even looking. I also loved how his body was perfect to move alng with mine, and i missed it..but imn nbot giving in im gonna make him suffer.

The girl soon finished song and justin end with twirling me and i laughed as i was now dizzy, i clutched his upper arms and he laughed smiling bring me close to him and hugging me lightly and i did the same. He kissed the side of my head, and i closed my eyes savoring the moment. I pulled away from him and started clapping for the little girl along with the other people around.

Girl-"thank you, thank you guys so much", she said and people put money in her case, justin tapped me and smiled winking. Then he left me and walked up to the girl, she loked suprised and excited as she saw who it was.

Justin-"you did very good, are you a fan?", he asked and she nodded quickly smiling."do you know my song over board?", he asked and she nodded."well lets go, how about i do guitar and you sing along with me", he said and she nodded smiling giving it to him, as he made eye contact with me he winked and i rolled my eyes.

He finally finished and i clapped and hooted along with the other people that now turned into a crowd of cheering people clapping. I smiled as i saw him sitting on the step beside the girl, i pulled out my phone and snapped a quick photo and smiled.He looked just like his old self, i smiled as memories of us flooded through my mind all the way up to the picture of a little nboy in canada sing infront of a building.

Ya these are the good memories................

i think im gonna cry, i didnt think anyone stayed :,)
im gonna start writing now a new chapter

Justin-"hows your ice cream?", he asked and i smiled and i licked at my cookies and cream ice cream.

Me-"great, how about your's", i said and smiled laughing as he had it on his chin and on the sides of his lips.

Justin-"great,has that rocking mixture of three types of ice creams in a big cone with sprinkles, i think i out did my self this time", he said smiling proudly and i couldn't help but smile and laugh."what", he said licking at the cone and more got on his cheek.

Me-"please clean your face", i said handing him my napkin as i laughed, he rolled his eyes taking it and wipe his whole face."thank you now i can at least look at your face without laughing", i said and looked forward smiling and licking my ice cream as we walked it was now i know past 12 in the morning. There were many people and i was glad it was just me and him alone.

Justin-"let me try yours", he said and i looked at him and laughed.

Me-"i don't think so", i said and he laughed smiling turning to me and stopping in front of me.

Justin-"and why not we used to share stuff all the time", he said a smirk upon his lips.

ME-"so.....".

Justin-"come ill let you have some of mine", he said and smiled and winked at me, i rolled my eyes and still shook my head no."just one taste", he said and grabbed my wrist and brought my hand with my ice cream up to his lips and took a quarter of a chunk away, and i jerked my wrist away and he laughed.

Me-"i hope you get a brain freeze", i said and pushed his chest and he laughed silently trying to swallow the ice cream.

Justin-"that was great and you wanna know why?", he said and smirked walking backwards.

Me-"why", i said regretting even asking as he smile grew.

Justin-"i got close to where those beautiful lips of yours were", he said and smiled then turned to my side and started walking by my side again, i just rolled my eyes shaking my head.

I turned the cone around and started licking the other side, i looked up at the sky and saw light was showing up in the sky. Sun rise was coming and i couldn't wait, it was always pretty to me.

Me-"justin lets get back to the car and go to the beach to see the sun rise", i said heading over to the trash can and threw my cone in.

Justin-"ofcoarse lets go", he said and i smiled following him back towards the car.

It was a silent ride to the beach, but it was a comfortable one and i liked it. We finally arrived and justin parked so his back of the car was facing the ocean. I got out and he did to, he opened the trunk and got in siting down and i looked out to the ocean waiting for the sun to rise.

Justin-"so what are you doing tomorrow....well today?", he asked and i smiled looking down then back at the ocean as it was becoming brighter with rising sun.

Me-"sleepin, im gettin tired", i said and yawned.

Justin-"well how about when you wake up you call me and we can go for some lunch or dinner", he said and i smiled.

Me-"ill think about it", i said and i closed my eyes as the orange light hit my shoes slowly rising up warming my face.
