I'm in the room with Leah and Jessica and I'm looking for my cell phone.

"I'm telling you you left it in the mall," Leah says.

I sigh and drop myself on the edge of the bed and scream.I look back and make sure Jessica is still sleeping and she is.

I grab Leah's phone and call my phone. It rings and answers.

"Hello?"

"Umm hi. You have my phone and I kinda want it back," I say.

"Is this Leila from the mall?"

"Yes."

"You dropped your phone when you bumped into Crystal. I have your phone," he says.

"Where can I meet you to get it?"

"Room 833. Ask for Drew," he answers.

I hang up with him and leave. I get into an elavator and push the number 8 and I start going up. The doors open up and I climb out. I walk around and find room 833. There is a man standing there. I walk up to him and he looks me over.

"I'm looking for Drew. He has my cellphone," I say.

He shrugs and knocks on the door. Drew comes and opens the door he still has on his hoodie and glasses.

He's one of those guys who wear sunglasses at night.

I smile. "Hi."

He says hii back and hands me my phone. Whitney spots me in the baxckground and calls me in. I come in and say hi to everyone and Crystal glares at me.

"Some guy kept calling your phone looking for you," she says.

"What guy?"

"His name was Ray and he was going crazy because you weren't here to talk to him."

I smile. "I have to go."

I'm halfway out the door when Crystal grabs my arm.

"What's the problem? You hiding something?"

I glare at her and she does the same to me.

"No. Do you," I say as I wrench my arm from her grasp.

She laughs. "So who is he," she asks.

"A friend."

"Liar!"

"Crystal stop it," Chaz says.

"Why do you care? He's my friend and so what?"

"He's. Not your friend. He's your crazy abusive ex and you're running from him before he can catch you. Did hit home?"

I glare at her. "You're the biggest biitch I've met," I say marching out of the room.

I hear footsteps following me. I don't stop walking I open a door and start my trek down the stairs.

"Wait!"

I stop and turn I see Drew standing there with my phone in his hand.

I wipe the falling tears off of my face. "Yes!"

"I'm really sorry for her bahavior," he says.

I nod and extend my hand for my cell phone.

He looks at me. "Is that true? What Crystal said?"

I look at him and I can't find the power to lie to him so I nod.

"You're beautiful why would yo take his abuse?"

I think for a minute. "Everyonee has their own definition of love and at the time I thought he was mine."

He doesn't say anything he grabs my arm and we go down the rest of the stirs together. We walk out into the parking lot and he walks to his car with me in tow.

He opens the passenger seat door and tells me to get in. He walks over to the driver seat and sits in it.

He grabs his phone and begins typing.

"What's your name," he asks.

"Leila Adams," I say.

I types some more and let's me read it.

"Kids always remeber what love is. Love isn't abusive, it isnt lies and deciet. Its what you make of it Leila Adams just told me something cool, "Everyone has their own definition of love..." Let your definition be something good for you "

I smile and he tweets it. He turns on the radio and one of my favorite songs are playing.

I start singing with the radio.

"So its over, he's with someone else and you know her. And you just can't get any lower you sit in the dark alone. you won't answer your phone. Well I'm sorry I wanna attend your pity part but id rather hav calamari," I sing along with Ne-Yo.

Drew sits back and gawks at me. I stop and look at him.

"Sorry."

"Wow. Where did you get a voice like that?"

I shrug.

He changes the radio and pops ina Cd. It starts playin Look At Me Now. He changes the song to Next 2 You.

"Sing this," he syas.

"You've got that smile, that only heaven can make. I pray to god eveyday that you keep that smile. You are my dream there's not a thing I won't do id hive my life up for you cause you are my dream."

I finish the song and he's sitting with his mouth open.

"Wow."

"Ihave to go," I say opening the door.

"If I ever met you again. Do you think you'll be famous," he asks.

I laugh. "Ill be waiting here Drew."

I walked away and headed ro the hotel with my phone this time.

I head to the hotel and Leah's asleep next to Jessica. I check the time its 11:37. I drop my phone on the dresser and climb into the bed with them. I try to close my eyez and sleep, but Drew really had me thinking.

Would I ever meet him again as a famous person? What kind of person askes that? A person who knows something that I don't.

My phone buzzes. I look over and its a text from Ray.

I read it and I run to the bathroom to throw up. He sent me a picture of a dead female dog and captioned it "This is what happens to biitches!"

I call up his phone and he answres.

"What is your fuucking problem? Why do you keep calling me? What do you want from me!"

"So is he your new boyfriend," he asks.

"What are you talking about?"

"That guy who was in the car with you."

"So you're stalking me now," I ask.

"No I'm just checking on you," he laughs.

"Listen Ray. I want you to leave me alone and to stop watcing me. I'm done with your asss. Leave me the fuuck alone."

"I understand you're mad. Tomrrow I want you home Victoria."

"That's not my name! And no go get one of your other biitches and abuse them not me!"

"Victoria if you're not home it won't be good," he says menacingly.

"Fuuck you! Go away," I scream.

He hangs up and I throw my phone at the wall. Jessica bounces up. She's looking really startled. She looks my way and sees my tear streeked face.

"What's going on? What happened," she asked.

"Ray," Leah says.

I didn't notice she was up.

"What happened?"

I wipe my tears and boogers on my shirt and sigh. I sit there for a second and laugh out of desperation.

"I can't escape. I can't break free permanately. Every time I run he's two strides ahead," I look up at them, " I don't want to go back."

Jessica comes and hugs me and Leah follows suit.

"We're gonna fight him. He can't make you go," leah says.

I wanna believe her but I can't. I nod my head and make myself go to sleep.



I wake uup and take a bath and get dressed. I go down to the lobby and spot Leah and Jessica eating breakfast. I smile but its not real.

I go and put food on a plate for me to eat. I go and sit down with them.

"That's all you're eating?"

I nod I have toast, jelly, and a cup of OJ.

"I'm not hungry," I say poking at the jelly.

Jessica looks at me and sighs. "You have to eat."

"I'm just gonna throw it up."

I have butterflies in my stomach. I run upstairs and pack my bags and come back down and check out.

As I'm walking out of the doors Whitney stops me.

"I hope things get better for you," she says with a genuine smile.

"I hope so too. Tell Drew thanks for showing me my worth. Tell him it was only a couple minutes, but it was A good couple of minutes," I say to her.

She smiles at me and hugs me and I hug her back.

She walks back to the elavator and I watch her go in.

I put my things in the back of Leah's car.

"Ready?"

She nods. Jessica is in the front seat filing her nails.

I close the trunk and begin making my way to the side of the cR. When I hear a loud screech and a black convertible halt by us.

The doors open quickly and a guy comes out. I recognize him as one of Ray's friends. I hurry and grab the door and pull it open. I'm about to throw myself in when he grabs me.

He has a cloth over my mouth and the next thing I rhear is screaming and the sound of a trunk slamming and me falling into a pit of darkness.

lol i love this story! update!

This car is frekin hot and I'm gonna drown in my own sweat. I've been in the back of this car for like hours and just recently the car stopped. Its been an hour since though.

I grab my soaked shirt and wipe my sweaty brow.

I start kicking and hitting the top of the trunk and screaming at the top of my lungs. I hear footsteps and somebody screaming. I stop banging and listen.

"But boss you said at all cost get her," I hear my captor, I'm guessing, tell Ray.

"I didn't say to kill her. She could die in the back of the trunk you idiot," Ray screams.

"Oh. My bad boss."

I hear the footsteps come closer. I close mh eyes and feel around for something to use in my defesne. I find a bat at the bottom of my feet. My fingers touch the tip and I grab it to my body.

The trunk click clicks and kit flings open. I jump up when it does.

Ray is looking at me and the idiot guy is looking at me with a scared expression on his face.

I slowly get out and grip the bat harder.

"Oh Vicky put that bat done before you hurt yourself," Ray says.

"Leave me alone," I say to him.

"You look so beautiful. Put the bat down and we can go," he pauses, "or we can do this bad way. Which do you prefer?"

I don't want to go with him but I don't want to go with him either. I start feeling blocked and shielded.

"I just want to go homw Ray. Why can't you just leave me alone. I psromise I won't tell anyone about the drugs, or the abuse, or anything. Please just let me go," I say sobbing.

He pouts and leans in to hug me. While he's hugging me he grabs the bat and hands it to the Idiot.

"I'm sorry but you're mine forever."

I start crying harder because I know he's not lying. I try again.

"Please I'm just a kid let me go live my life. You can have any girl in the world. You're always cheating on me just go be with those girls."

"Hahaha. You do make me laugh Vicky. Come on and no funny business."

I let him drag me to this weird looking house. The tears are still falling and I can't see where I'm going.

"Stop crying!"

I sniff and wipe my face. He smiles and talks again.

"Now you're gonna get dressed in what I bout for you and wemre going to meet a couple of my friends. Okay?"

I nod my head lightly.

"Answer me when I talk to you," he says gripping my wrist really hard.

I refuse to let him control me I don't say anything and then the pain becomes unbearable.

I gasp. "RAY!!!"

He let go of my wrist and grabs it again.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry Leila," he says kissing my wrist.

I wrench my hand away from him and cradle it.

This man is fuucking crazy!

He sighs and grabs my good hand and leads me into the jouse. Its nice it looks very luxurious. He leads me uostairs and shows me to a room.

"This is our room. There's a bath ready for you and an outfit on the bed," he says.

He smiles and I crack a smile for him.

"Well I'll leave you to do your business," he says.

I walk in and he closes the door. I look around and the room is really nice there's a king size bed n the middle, a closet with a glass mirror for the doors and a love seat by another wall. I walk to where the bathroom is and theres a bubble bath in the tub. I feel the water and its warm. I go back to the room door and lock it. I head back to the bathroom and strip and get into the tub.

I lay my head back and start thinking about Leah, Jessica, Whitney, and Drew. I let my minnd go blank.

I get out of the tub and head to the shower and shower off. I run to the room and look for a phone. I find one sitting on a dresser next to the bed. I grab it and punch in Jessica's number.

"Hello," I say.

"Oh my gosh, where are you? Are you okay?"

I hear footsteps and I glance at the door. In my head I'm praying to God he doesn't suspect anything.

"Hello? Listen I'm at 33690 Kirkus Circle. The zip is 33674. Come and get me as soon as possible don't be obvious. I'm okay just a little scared."

"Okay. Bring the cops?"

"No!"

"Okay we're on our way," she says.

I nod and hang up.
