Chapter one: She Hates Me
I sat on the floor while my best friend, Lily, flicked on the TV. Guess what was on? Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. Can the world know about anything else? Obviously Selena didn't mind the attention she got from being with Justin, but there are millions of girls around the world that are just about ready to slap her one. I blankly wondered how much of this would be made up when the reporter started the story.
'Justin Bieber's girlfriend, Selena Gomez, has continuously been getting hate messages and death threats from Justin's fans. Sources say that the Disney starlet is terrified of the threats she has been receiving recently. Reportedly, her song 'Who Says?' is about ignoring all those haters. Do you think that Justin might say something to his fans about their behavior? Tell us what you think at out website…'
"That's so stupid. If she's so scared of the messages then maybe she shouldn't be famous. I'll give her a reason to be 'terrified' if she doesn't stop being such a princess!" I exclaimed and smacked a fist against the floor.
No, I'm not a Justin Bieber fan but I'm not a hater either. I don't hate Selena because she's dating Justin. I hate her because she hates me too. She got me fired for something I didn't even do. I can't be a backup dancer for any celebrity for two years. Yes, she hates me that much.
"I'm seeing Selena tomorrow." Lily said blankly.
Selena and Lily used to be best friends, now they aren't as close because I came along and became Lily's new best friend, and because Selena is probably too 'terrified' she'll get called something nasty, to leave her home. They saw eachother sometimes but under no circumstances did I see her. After what she did to me, I wasn't too keen to see her.
"Are you? Tell her I asked if she's gotten anyone else fired lately." I said grumpily.
Lily fidgeted uncomfortably. "Actually, I think you might be there. She said she'd come by around 2:00; that's when we were gunna hang out…"
"I don't want to see her, she hates me." I protested.
"She said Justin might be with her…" She added thoughtfully.
I rolled my eyes. "Even better…"
"Can you try and be nice?" She begged. Who could say no to that face?
I sighed. "I guess I can try…"
She grinned. "That's why you're my best friend."
A day with Lily tomorrow had just turned into: a day with my worst enemy, her stupid boyfriend and Lily. Sounds great.
Any comments?
