Charlotte show!
I went to the Charlotte concert and it was amazing. When I first got there it was, like, 5 o'clock and the doors didn't open till 6 so I had to wait in line by myself (my sister didn't go) and listen to these girls behind me talk nonstop about JB. I was like >_<' But it wasn't too bad 'cause I was just as excited as they were, I just didn't want to show it. Everybody was sweating! It was so HOT! UGH! I fanned myself with my ticket. Then like around 5:45 A LOT of girls and moms (haha) started to show up. The arena personnel finally let us in at like 5:58. The A.C. was wonderful!
Anyway, I found my seat and was royally disappointed. On the arena map it looked as if I was going to be left of the stage but I was right down the middle and waaaay in the back. I was so pissed. I seriously thought I was closer. But it was better than nothing. Girls were screaming everytime Justin's face popped up on the megatron. At one point I just wanted to shout STFU! But I resisted. I just sipped my coke and chatted with a girl from SC. She was cool. Then there was a girl to the right of me who started crying because she hated the seats too. I tried not to laugh but I told her it was going to be okay.
When 7:00pm finally rolled around, a lady named Vita Chambers opened the show. She was really good. She totally rocked the house. Full of energy. Then when she was done we had like a 10-15 minute inermission. After that DjTayJames (I think) came out and got everybody all hyped up playing a whole bunch of songs like California girls, Airplanes, and all those songs you hear on the radio. It felt like a night club HAHA. Then Jessica Jarrell perfomed. She is SOO beautiful in person. I love her song "Almost love 24/7" Then finally, Sean Kingston came out and performed. The stadium went coo-coobananas! We were screaming and singing and waving our glowsticks all over the place. The girl that had cried earlier was wild 'n out! Haha. She made me get all hyped up. We were fist pumping, jumping, and all that jazz. Sean performed beautiful girls and he started singing part in Eenie Mini. We all thought JB was gonna pop out when his verse came up but suddenly the song changed to Usher's OMG! Everyone in the arena was like "WHAT! NO!" lmao! Then Sean brought Iyaz and he performed "Replay". He was awesome!
So by then we were ready for JB to come on. We were antsy. lol. But then they gave us another 15 minute break. Everyone was like "GRRR" There was a countdown on the megatron. By the 5 minute interval ppl were starting to scream and chanting "Justin Bieber!" The clock finished counting down and we started screaming our heads off when "Love me" started up. There was fog rising from the floor and Justin rose up from underneath the stage. We screamed....some more but more piercing and high pitched. My ears were ringing and my throat was sore. His entrance was off the hook! Justin started singing. Maybe I was the only one that noticed, but he seemed a little tired. Like, I could hear it in his voice. But as the night progressed, he got more and more hyped.
I love love loved when he got in that metal heart and sang "Never let you go" He floated over the crowd and looked at all the fans down below. I was kinda jealous b/c I was way in the back and the heart didn't go that far. But I could see him smiling. He's freakin gorgeous in person.
But still I felt like the section I was sitting in was ignored because he only looked to the left and the right and the front. He didn't look down the middle, and in the back. Not that he would be able to see my section anyway, HAHA! I'm just saying.
Anyway, when that song was over he was like "Charlotte!" We screamed. Then he said, "I saw a lot of beautiful girls in the audience. I think I saw the one!" Everybody went ape shit! lmao! Then he sang "One less lonely girl" to a very lucky fan. The girl beside me started crying again and said she hated the girl and how that should have been her. I was like "It's gonna be okay..." And then on one song (can't remember which one, dammit) he walked up the wall of a cardboard building cut out and spray painted it with a heart and "LOVE YOU LADIES." He looked hot in that harness, lol, awkward. Gradually, he sang all of his songs except "Baby"! The concert was basically over, then suddenly on the megatron it said "You want more?" The crowd went nuts. Then it said "LOUDER" and we screamed like monkeys, haha. Finally, JB came back out and was like "Hey girls." We screamed wildly. Then he was like "People ask me if I miss going home and miss being a normal kid. And I say yes! But, ya know, this right here, this stage, this is my home! I love doing what I do and it's all 'cause of my amazing fans, I love you all." Then we whooped and hollered some more. Then he said "Well since I'm already out here I might as well sing another song!" We screamed like the crazy asses we were. Justin said, "What song should I sing?" And everybody was like "BABY!" And Justin was like "Rock abye baby in the tree tops?"Then he said, "Who wants to be my baby?" We went ape shit again!
He sang Baby for us and we danced and sang like drunken sailors, lol! But yeah, the crowd was wild. JB had such amazing stage prescence that it was all we could do to dance and be wild. When Justin said "Thank you Charlotte! Goodnight", we cheered so loud! I loved it. I'm still high off the energy from that night. It was phenomenal. If you guys dont have tix to a JB concert you need to get some.
Later that night he tweeted - Charlotte NORTH CAROLINA u were incredible tonight. thank u for welcoming me and the team. It was all smiles tonight. felt great. thanks
I couldn't stop smiling when I read that.
P.S. - They showed like a home video of the Biebs when he was younger and eveyone was like "AWW" And on one part we was like "this is how I play the drums." And to be two years old, he had amazing rythm. But the part that made me go 'aww' the most was when he said "I wanna be on t.v" He was so darn adorable!
