i am a new member here. i run and control about 7 websites and fourm -- all of them where good and get about thousends of people. please if you need and admin -- i can be o.k -- please answer me

Hello memoajd.
To become an admin, you have to be an active, polite, 'good' member. If we need any staff, the person we select will receive a PM asking, "Would you like to be Justinbieber.org's next moderator?" Whoever it is will receive it from someone on staff - Myself, Puffycloud, Zach, but most likely Fansites.UK.

what are your sites? You can't just ask to be a admin or a mod you have to be picked. whats your urls?

You have to be an active member, too. Have helpful posts, be online, report the right things, ect.

You're right .

Sorry, just had to give my views on this;

helenmarieweb and coco loves JB are correct. Most forums actually choose their Mods than let them apply or volunteer for the position. I'm sure Administrators would also be looking for someone who has previous experience, shows good initative around the forums [i.e; reporting posts like coco said], be an active member, post regularly, be responsible - as in not acting immature, not having any previous warning/ban records...and the list probably goes on.

Although, I'm not exactly saying that all those are for this forum, but those are usually the foundations of what Administrators are looking for when they are choosing Moderators.

Thanks plus what are your sites? I just want to know! I have been offered a mod job but i said no.

Ok i see your just trying to post so you can work here? Are you even a fan? I dont see any new people coming on to be staff here, there is enough and if there ever was going to be more it would not be you cause it seems that your just here to work here not as afan, Plus your sites arent html and easy to build. Thanks that is my views.
