Okay, let me start off and saying this is kinda my plea/ rant for the day. I need to get this off my chest because it’s been there for over a year.

NOTE: I don’t mean to personally offend or mean to change anyone’s stories, this is just my opinion.

I love how everyone is into writing stories, really, it’s just great. But when there all the same practically, only with small changes, and different names…Really we have a stereotype story about Justin Bieber. Don’t believe me?

The stereotype Fanfiction includes on of all of the following:

- Death of parent/guardian
- Divorce of parents and move to Atlanta
- Adopted by Pattie for some reason of another
- Main character girl (love interest) is a singer/ Famous
- Best friend of Justin and has either been ‘forgotten’ by him or lives with him
-Meet on plane to Atlanta for some reason or another

I’m honestly tired of reading the same stories over and over. So please, lets all be unique, and creative and original! I truly do love reading a story that’s really different, like something I could never imagine Justin Bieber being involved in, and yet, there he is.

Song turned into stories: Provides a unique situation and a layout of the story. I like these because they let me listen to music while reading providing a pleasurable and well rounded experience.

So let this be kept in mind for future writing. Because lets face it. How do books get really popular? (The Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games Trilogy, The Harry Potter Series.) There like nothing else out there. And most likely become a series, or at least get a squeal.

Another thing to keep in mind are the cross-overs. I personally like these. Take either a book, or a show, or a movie, and add different characters (or just Justin) and you get a nice story. Plus, the story line, if you use it, is already written. You just need to put it into your own words. (There are already some up here.)

Thanks for posting this, when I add chapters to my current story and when I make future stories, I'll be sure too keep this in mind.

Also my story doesn't have any death of parent/guardian, divorce of parents, my main character isn't adopted by Pattie, she isn't famous or a singer, and has never been friends/meet Justin before the beginning of the story. So I hope mines turning out to be as original as it can so far
Anyways, could you read mine and tell me truthfully if it's sounding original or not and I will gladly read any of your stories

Thanks, I'm glad it's not a sterotypical JB story
And having people know your pet peeve isn't a bad thing, when people read it, it will make em think.

Yeah, so everyone else...what is your opinion?

Thaat is so true... I reallllllyy want to try writing something else like it now.

Thanks for posting this, because I kind of feel the same way. I am writing a FF right now, I'm trying to make it different. But I dont think I'm doing a very good job. As the story develops(its still semi-new) I'll try my very hardest to make it fresh.

And I love how in your post you mentioned the Hunger Games-I LOVE those books! (and I love Harry Potter too!)

Yeah, i loooooove the Hunger Games. I can't wait for the mooovies!!!!!There totally gonna be the new twilight, only better. I love Gale. Peeta, in my opinion should have ended up with Madge. But yeah, thats me. LOL.
